About Us A new chapter for our cherished local bistro & pizzeria, which has proudly served the community since its founding by Sheila and Dave Weaver in 2006. For nearly twenty years, this establishment has been a place where families gather, friendships are made, and memories are treasured over food and drinks. February 5th ownership transferred to long time locals Jenni and Bill St. John who are dedicated to upholding the traditions and quality that guests have come to love. Jenni and Bill are committed to honoring the original recipes, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service that have made Spuds Bistro a neighborhood favorite for nearly two decades. With genuine gratitude for the foundation that has been built, they are eager to continue the legacy that Weaver’s built. Guests can expect the same delicious menu, friendly faces, and welcoming environment with plans to bring back some previous menu favorites. Jenni has 36 years of experience in the restaurant industry with the past 15 years spent working as a foodservice sales consultant for Sysco and Gordon Foodservice. Bill has over 30 years of experience working in the Hardware business and is the store manager at Kingsford Ace Hardware. Jenni and Bill are grateful that all the staff have decided to go on this journey with them and look forward to many more years of sharing great food and memorable moments. Spuds Bistro and Pizzeria offer dine-in and take-out, located at 1100 Vulcan Street, Iron Mountain MI and are open Wednesday through Saturday from 4PM to 9PM.
